Giselle Ishimwe, RN/BSN
Founder, CEO & administrator
With over a decade of diverse nursing experience including critical (ICU), home care, and skilled nursing. Giselle understands the complexities and emotional challenges families face when seeking quality care for their loved ones. Inspired by these firsthand experiences, she founded A Place To Call Home LLC to offer an approach that prioritizes compassion, personalized attention, and high-quality healthcare. Giselle’s exceptional clinical expertise, calm demeanor, and genuine empathy form the foundation of our nurturing environment.
Josepha Dusabe, BS
Co-Owner & Director of Operations
Josepha is passionately dedicated to providing North Dakota families the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved ones are cared for with dignity and respect. With a strong background in business management, accounting, and direct home care experience, she expertly handles the administrative and operational aspects of the agency. Josepha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration, and her active involvement in community and church volunteer efforts further enriches our welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

I’m extremely grateful for their efforts to make my brother comfortable and safe.
